Mr. Richard F. Webster is currently serving as the Director of Information Technology for both ADESA Impact Inc. and ComSearch Inc. As the Director of IT, Mr. Webster is charged with the overall Information Technology vision, which includes the support, development and maintenance of the entire information systems infrastructure, all software development and the security policy for both companies.

Coming from a varied Information Technology background and with more than 8 years of direct IT experience Mr. Webster’s career highlights include the founding and co-founding of three technology companies and serving as the Vice President of Software Development for a software and Internet development think tank. In the past, Mr. Webster has also consulted for multi-billion dollar, Fortune 500 enterprises relating to complex software and Internet development, project management, enterprise-wide systems integration and business automation. Mr. Webster’s primary technology expertise resides in consulting, software development and Internet-based infrastructure development.

In the past, Mr. Webster has been invited to several international technology conventions as a keynote speaker and industry expert to cover topics such as Leading Edge Internet Technologies, Building Successful e-Commerce Applications, Building and Managing e-Businesses and much more.

Mr. Webster also served his country for 8 years in the United States Air Force as a Fighter-Aircraft Maintenance Professional and a Field Medic. Mr. Webster is a decorated war veteran, who was meritoriously honored several times and received an Air Force equivalent Electronics Engineering degree.
