1. An 'Open file' window should appear - click 'Run'
   
2. If you are running Windows Vista, a box may pop up to verify the publisher - click 'Allow.'
   

1. If you see the 'Prerequisite Wizard':
   
   
   1. Continue through the wizard by clicking 'Next' at the bottom-right corner of the box
   2. Click 'Finish' on the last page
   3. Continue to step 3b when the 'Comsearch Live Wizard' appears
2. If you see the 'Comsearch Live Wizard'
   1. Continue through the wizard by clicking 'Next' at the bottom-right corner of the box
   2. Click 'Finish' on the last page

1. 'Notify me of new auctions' prompt should be checked on
   1. Rather than exiting the program, you may use this prompt to hide the requests for any necessary time period

1. Make the necessary changes:
   1. On the left side, change 'Ticker show interval' to 30 or 40 seconds.
      1. This is the time a request will show on your screen before blinking and showing the next request
   2. On the right side, change the default username and password to your assigned codes
      1. If you are not sure of these codes, please contact Customer Service at , extension 2
2. Click 'OK'

1. If you do not have parts to quote on a request, click the 'X' in the top-right corner of the pop up box - this request will not appear again
2. If you do have parts to quote, click anywhere in the white pop up box - a browser page will open
   1. Enter your price, condition, year of part, and delivery/shipping option, as well as a reference number, before clicking 'Send Reply.'
