David A. Carpenter, General Manager, Redi-Review and Redi-Claim 2000 - Present

Mr. Carpenter manages all aspects of the Redi-Review and Redi-Claim departments through a staff of analysts, appraisers and administrative support personnel. He assures that audits of auto physical damage estimates are done accurately and on a timely basis. He communicates with insurance clients to identify new marketing opportunities or to resolve problems. Before ComSearch he was with MetLife Auto & Home for 15 years where he supervised and managed the RI auto and homeowner field adjusting staff as well as managing MetLife's RI Re-inspection and DRP programs. He was also involved in MetLife's fraud program and a past member of the RI Association of Arson and Auto Theft Investigators. As a result of this involvement and partnering with state and local police David received recognition for his above and beyond efforts in the deterrence of insurance fraud. David's prior experience extends beyond claims adjusting to include extensive involvement in the auto repair and salvage industry. In addition David's continuing education includes Dale Carnegie's Leadership Training for Management. David is I-Car Gold certified and is a multi state licensed appraiser and adjuster for both auto and property.
